I didn't swim this month. I really wanted to but life gets in the way. These days, it's been so hot that I have been worried about getting burned. Last time I went out in this heat (107 F), I was hospitalized. Might have been 7 or 8 years old when it happened. I don't remember all too well but I learned to be careful that day.
Thought about asking Monique if she wants to hang out but she's been busy recently...well everyone has been busy. Monique and Donna went out of state for a bit, I think their grandad got sick. He's fine but I thought it would be a little mean to ask. Same with Raymond too. Alex told me that he’s been picking up shifts and is tired all the time. Maybe I'll ask someone next week, maybe next Sunday to see if anyone is available. Hopefully we're able to do that picnic soon since everyone seemed interested in the idea when Camilla suggested it in the group chat.
Really hoping it cools down soon, I can't do ANYTHING in this heat!
